Both attorneys have been given the title of "Super Lawyer" several consecutive years, with both of our lawyers being named 2019 Super Lawyers. Mr. Watson personally has over 10 years of experience in defending individuals against DUI and criminal charges. He understands how frightening it can be to face criminal charges of any kind, and how important it is to secure an attorney who knows how to get results, both at trial and in negotiations. Attorney Watson is a member of the Georgia criminal defense bar, and constantly attends training in order to remain current on effective DUI defense strategies. He has graduated from GACDL's Bill Daniels Trial Advocacy Program, which is designed to give trial attorneys intensive instruction in the art and science of courtroom advocacy. Attorney Watson also served as the President of the Forsyth County Criminal Defense Bar in 2015.

Both Peter and Evan have a constant presence in the courtroom, having contested hearings and trials in Forsyth County and Metro Atlanta courtrooms. It is rare to have a case in a court where our attorneys have not defended numerous cases. In 2015 alone, our attorneys had trials in Dawson, Lumpkin, Hall, Forsyth, Fulton, Cobb and Cherokee counties. Mr. Watson also defended a case in Ringgold, Georgia, obtaining a not guilty verdict for his client.
