Gina Lindekugel
About
Serving the legal needs of Georgia businesses, Gina is often referred by her clients as their outside "in-house" counsel. She is retained to provide daily advice on issues such as labor and employment laws and regulations, landlord-tenant relations, contract drafting and review, and corporate formation and compliance. Gina also assists clients with their civil litigation needs in pursuing or defending claims.
Gina graduated in the top of her class at the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1996. She was a published member of Law Review and a recipient of top awards such as the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure and the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Research, Writing and Analysis.
Gina began her career in the labor and employment group of a large Baltimore law firm. She moved to Georgia in 2008 and focuses her practice on representing small and mid-sized businesses. She is a member of the Georgia State Bar Association and is licensed to practice in Georgia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Maine.
